August 6 is Day of Prayer, Action for Iraq
On August 6, 2014, the lives of Iraqi Christians and other minority groups changed forever when tens of thousands of families were forcibly removed from their homes in the Nineveh Plains of northern Iraq. We mourn the loss of our Sister Roselita Holthaus, who passed from our world into the joy of eternity this afternoon. Sr. Roselita slipped away quietly this afternoon. She seemed to know for the last few days she was going to die even if she surprised us. She talked of going to live with Jesus this week. May she rest in peace.
