Springfield Dominican Sister M. Alice Mannix died May 3, 2018, at Sacred Heart Convent. She was born in Little Falls, Minn., in1930 and named Margaret Ann. She made her profession of vows in 1950 at Sacred Heart Convent. Sister M. Alice ministered as a middle school and junior and high school teacher for 37 years, primarily in Illinois and in Minnesota and Michigan.
