Visit our booth at Southwind Park in Springfield for “Trick or Treat” Street! It is a safe place for children to trick or treat and we will have candy to pass out to children. We will be at our booth (booth #12) from 1PM – 4PM. Look for us in the middle by the pond and say hello!
There will be a craft and coloring area for kids and a petting zoo. There will also be a Taekwondo demonstration and aK-9 unit demonstration. Candy will be provided by Head West Sub Stop and the event was organized by Mid-West Family Broadcasting. Read more about the sponsors and participants here.
DIRECTIONS:
Inside Springfield:
Take 5th street which becomes 6th street. Take a right turn on Apple Orchard. There is a Walgreen’s on the corner. Go to 2nd St which will be a left turn. You will cross over I-72. Keep going and eventually, you will see the park on your right.
Outside Springfield:
Conveniently located at the corner of South Second Street and Southwind Road in Springfield.
Easily accessible from I-55 South on Exit 90 at Toronto Road. If you are local, we sit just south of Trevi Gardens subdivision off South Second Street. Free Parking will be available while spaces last. We have two parking lots one near Erin’s Pavilion and one at the North access to
the Park.
