Sister Philip Neri Crawford, OP to Attend Pope’s Address to Congress
Senator Dick Durbin has selected Sister Philip Neri Crawford as his guest to see the Pope’s address to joint meeting of congress on September 24th. Sister Philip was born and raised in Springfield, attended St. Agnes grade school, and Springfield High School. She spent 14 years teaching at Sacred Heart Griffin where she is currently on the board of directors. Senator Durbin says he is honored to have her join him for Pope Francis’ historic address.
