Our sisters recently celebrated the 50th anniversary of the Mississippi Heart and Vascular Institute at St. Dominic’s, Jackson, Mississippi.
As early as 1965 St. Dominic Hospital established a Coronary Care Unit which later would become the Mississippi Heart Institute.
Thanks to the help of Sisters, Josephine Therese Uhll, John Vianney Rudolph, Dorothea Sondgeroth and M. Trinita Eddington who were instrumental in creating a long-standing commitment to cardiovascular excellence in Mississippi.
