The first meeting of the Coordinating Council of Dominican Sisters International is taking place in Santa Sabina-Rome during this week, until Sunday, November 17th.

Sister Rose Marie Riley sends these greetings from Rome:

“The DSI (Dominican Sisters International) Council Meeting is going well.  We are getting to know one another and are having good conversation.  Tonight, we will join the Friars for Vespers because of the Feast Day (Feast of St. Albert). . .  Tomorrow, we meet with Father Bruno Cadoré, and have Eucharist with all of the Friars tomorrow evening.  All Dominican sisters and brothers in the area are invited to Mass and supper.  It will be a feast of many languages!  We will conclude on Sunday with Eucharist in Dominic’s cell.”

Happy Feast Day to all!
