Five students of Marian Catholic High School’s campus ministry program visited Sacred Heart Convent May 21st to become more acquainted with the Springfield Dominican motherhouse and visit with the Sisters, particularly former instructors of Marian Catholic High School.
Marian Catholic High School is a Catholic, coeducational, college preparatory high school sponsored by the Springfield Dominicans that provides education within the Dominican tradition of study, prayer, community and preaching. Marian Catholic students seek truth, exhibit personal responsibility, cultivate their individual talents and demonstrate ethical leadership and Christian service. The student Dominican Preachers contribute to the spiritual welfare of the entire Marian Catholic community and assume liturgical roles in the church.
